SPECIFICATION

Five-layer blanket made of polypropylene fabric, the most thermal of synthetics, two layers structuring film and two layers of aluminum.

Flame retardant blanket, that is, it does not propagate fire. Has IPT Report. Meets NBR 15575.

MEASUREMENTS

Rolls of 1.20 mx 8.33 m (10 m²); 1.20 mx 20.83 m (25 m²); 1.20 mx 41.67 m (50 m²); 1.20 mx 62.50 m (75 m²) and 1.20 mx 83.33 m (100 m²)

UTILITY

Used for thermal insulation and leak blocking in homes, industrial pavilions, shopping malls, and kiosks. Applied on roofs, ceilings and walls. Also used as a thermal floor insulator.

Used to eliminate heat from the roof and temperature control in air-conditioned environments. Decreases around 10ºC with reference from 36ºC in external environment

APPLICATION

The thermal blanket is installed below the tile support batten or between battens. It cannot be installed glued or in direct contact with the tile, as it loses thermal efficiency due to the heat of contact with the tile. Ideally, the blanket should be at a minimum distance of 5 cm from the tile, but the further away from the tile, the better the insulation result.
